JOB DESCRIPTION

Residential community seeking a part-time administrative assistant to work 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The administrative assistant will work alongside the Manager, primarily assisting with operations with emphasis on resident, phone and email support. A successful match would be a flexible, hard-working professional with basic Excel data entry, Word formatting and Outlook experience. This position requires an individual with strong customer service communication skills and mindset. The office is located in the Venice area. This is a great opportunity for a select individual to develop skills in a professional setting.

Part Time: 20 hours a week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer multi-line phones and emails

Support Manager and staff with coordinating project based work

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Minimum Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Word Basic Literacy in Microsoft Excel Type 40-45 wpm Excellent verbal and written communication, Multitasking, Organization

Interpersonal Skills: Organized, creative, high energy, good people skills
