Kriha Boucek LLC, a respected education law firm, is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our business operations team in the St. Louis Metro area. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support non-legal, business-side functions including operations, scheduling, communications, marketing coordination, and general administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, resourceful, and thrives on making things run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and business team.
Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate logistics.
Assist with firm communications, event coordination, and document preparation.
Support client onboarding, billing, and internal process tracking.
Coordinate marketing mailings, digital materials, and light proofing tasks.
Maintain internal systems, databases, and shared drives with attention to detail.
Assist with vendor coordination, supply ordering, and general office duties.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with learning internal systems.
Discretion, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to adapt, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities independently.
