We are seeking a legal assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments
Greet and assist office clients
Answer inbound telephone calls
Request and manage medical bills and records
Operate and maintain an organized computer based client data system
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Friendly, outgoing and upbeat personality
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Solid computer skills
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
