Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the President/Owner of Grand Steel . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendar
Prioritize & Organize all incoming emails
Assist in all aspects of travel and accommodations as needed
Must be well versed with Google Suite applications
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Daily communication expected as a part time employee
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Proficient typing skills for efficient document preparation.
High level of computer literacy, particularly with Google Suite applications.
Exceptional phone etiquette for professional communication with customers
Experience as a personal assistant is advantageous but not mandatory.
