Responsible for

General Office Organization
Assist manager with any task pertinent to business operations
Generating reports and inputting data
Employee and Contractor Scheduling
Communication between many vendors, customers, coworkers, and contractors
Customer Engagement

Job duties include but ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Answering phones
Greeting customers
Transcribing data/data entry
Creating spreadsheets
Filing/scanning/sorting
General office tasks
Organizing
Typing notices
Receiving payments
Calling potential customers
Researching/comparing prices
Assisting managerial, sales, and office staff with tasks

Looking for a part time to full time helping hand depending on the fit with our company. Tasks will be broad and vary from day to day. Must be able to switch gears and complete tasks related to multiple operations.

We like to have fun while still remaining focused on hard work and business growth. We are a small office with only a few employees so everyone will pitch in with various duties related to the business operations. There WILL be tasks that may not fit the general role description as things are thrown at us. We value transparency and also prefer staff that can roll with the punches and join in on office humor and positivity. We look forward to hearing from you.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
