Full Job Description
We are in search of a dependable Administrative Service Officer who can carry out administrative duties and ensure that the rest of the team receives sufficient support to work effectively. This person will be responsible for ensuring that our company’s offices run smoothly and will contribute to the drive for sustainable growth. The ideal candidate should have the ability to prioritize effectively and work with minimal supervision. They should be self-motivated, reliable, and consistently strive for self-improvement. Our company is expanding, and we need someone who is willing to grow with us.
Responsibilities
Managing phone calls, emails, letters, and packages, as well as communicating with owners, management, vendors, and tenants.
Data entry and follow-up of accounts receivable/payables and work orders.
Coordinating meetings, inspections, and operations to ensure efficiency.
Supervising staff and delegating responsibilities to ensure proper performance.
Managing agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and tracking office supplies to place orders when necessary.
Managing advertisements, notices, and collections.
Assisting colleagues whenever necessary.
Skills
Experience in office administration, office assistance, or similar roles is required. Experience in property management is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and leadership skills; familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Willingness to learn about Housing/HUD/SHRA/Equal Housing Opportunity procedures, as well as software such as AppFolio, Boston Post, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Office, and other office management tools.
A high school diploma is required, and a BSc/BA in office administration or a related field is preferred.
A real estate license, accounting knowledge, and secretarial studies will be advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
