Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill a dual role as Executive Assistant and Retail Marketing Coordinator. This position will support our executive leadership while managing critical retail marketing initiatives across the Americas region.

Responsibilities

Executive Assistant (40%)

Manage CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items
Assist in the development of presentations, reports, and handle various administrative tasks
Support special projects and respond to ad hoc requests as needed

Retail Marketing (60%)

In-store Signage

Build and maintain relationships with local print vendors to produce seasonal and promotional signage
Coordinate with US warehouse to manage signage allocations and ensure timely distribution to stores throughout the Americas
Respond to and facilitate ad hoc signage printing requests

Mall Marketing and Partnerships

Collaborate with mall landlords to identify and leverage in-mall marketing opportunities, including digital displays and mall events
Work closely with mall marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize visibility in mall campaigns
Assist in planning and executing retail activations, with particular focus on new store openings

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Experience in retail marketing or visual merchandising preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and presentation software
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Additional Information

This position requires occasional travel to retail locations and flexibility to support retail initiatives during peak seasons.
