Overview
We are a small, family-owned manufacturing company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting our day-to-day financial operations, with a primary focus on Invoicing, Accounts Payable, and Purchase Order creation. The role also includes answering incoming phone calls and directing customers to the appropriate department.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and send invoices accurately and on time
Create Purchase orders and analyze Payables as they are received
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or personnel
Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed
Assist with filing, data entry, and office organization
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role preferred
Familiarity with accounting / spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office setting
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus; preference given to bilingual applicants or those willing to learn
