You can NOT get paid to do whatever you want, you have to complete the client work deliverables that are assigned. Make sure all internal operations including budget, payroll, recruitment, doccumeantsion and coordination is compeleted to meet expectations. If you do not make sure that payroll gets completed, then you and everyone else can not be paid. Someone has to calculate and do the payroll work to get everyone paid. Whoever does the payroll work will get an extra bonus. Always get organized, and verify your delievrables per assigned work priorites are clear, communicate effectively, attend main sessions, and do your offical training so you can get full pay. You are to provide a picture, bio, and profeshonal profile link (ex. Linkedin) to put on our public website. Work collaborativly as a team during real-time scheduled sessions, while following all profshonal communications requiremets and policies. Ensure all communications are publicly transparent and accessable online, on our website, and automatically post to social media for public interaction. Meet all work assignments by the required deadlines, or make proposals and vote on changing deadlines. It is required to meet deadlines to get full pay. Collaborate with the team and be responsible to the team, if the team is not able to do something, every individual worker is responsible Track hours and value to build ownership capital in the COOP. You are a worker and owner, and will have decision making power and value in our cooperative organization. Coordinate your own schedule, and show up on-time for work for 1.5 hours each day of the 5 day per week, or cancel ahead of time. If you miss multiple days you will automatically be removed. If you do not get into the budget, you can still get paid if you meet requirements including completing work output deliverables. (You get paid in the budget even if you don’t complte work) If you complte work you get additional bonuses beyond base pay. You agree to our intenral monthly payroll processes, and that our internal HR Board has final decision making over all issues and problems that arise. If you disagree with the outcome of our internal monthly payroll process, you agree to the requiremnt that you must write a formal letter on a word doccuemnt/pdf to the HR Board, describing the issue, the remedy, and your client work deliverables, and give a minimum of 2 full weeks for the HR Board to make a final decision before brining any issue to Upwork/Workana for arbitration or external decision making. Then if you bring up issues to Upwork/Workana, we will know there is actually a major problem we can’t work out. If you stop communicating we will initaite mediation and end a outstanding contract under good terms as needed. Introduction to our Policies: We have had problems in the past with workers not doing the client work . We have moved to a fixed pay model, so it is clear what the expecations are for the client work, and then you do the work and get paid for the work compeleted. No more no less. If problems occur you can communiate with the HR Board, and then if there are still problems you can communiate with the Platform. You are required to compelete the assigned client work for Full pay based on the client expecations. No Budget No pay. The Budget must be approved by the New Moon each month. If there is NOT agreement on the budet, then you can not be paid and should stop working immediatly. The budget must include the expecations for the amount of base pay you are expected to make. If there is no base budget agreemnet, you can still make bonsues for completing work even without a budget. We are required to make sure the team does 1.5 hours daily of 5 days a week. You are not required to show up everyday, but then you are responsible for making sure there is someone who will fill your spot. So you could work 3-4 days a week, as long as someone else agrees to work 3-4 days a week for the days you don’t work. Deadlines are set by the Executive(s) with consultation and support from the workers. Workers can extend the deadlines as needed, but can not remove deadlines. Issues between the Executive(s) and workers regarding deadlins are resolved by the HR Board. The HR Board has final say in setting and removing deadlines. If a deadline is not met, you are not allowed to continue working and must stop. So it is important to extend deadlines before they pass. We have had lots of problems with workers NOT doing the assigned client work income. You should not spend excessive time on training, emails, messaging, sitting in meetings, and other time spent not actually working on assigned client work income output and deliverables, this also includes just watching other people do work and not doing anything yourself. You can not just work on whatever you want and expect to get upfront pay, you need to do the assigned client work income to get paid. You are not required to do anything more than your assigned work by the deadlines to get full pay and additional bonsues, but you control your own time, we can not force you to do anything or control your time. It is always up to yourself to get the work completed. We have an attached packet of more policy information. It can take some time to learn and understand our polcies, but everyone has a right to ask questions and have the policies applied equally to everyone. How to get Hired? If you want to work with us, please send us a direct message. You will put together a tempoary recruitent hire proposal, and if approved you will be paid for a few days to complete the recruitment process with the team. Once you get hired for the temporary recruitmetn hire you can get paid bonsues to complete your interview deliverables and legal set up of your position. We will want to ensure your POPP is reviewed and verified and then we can make a Temporary Hire Proposal, or you will have to wait until the next Budget Round which is the New Moon each month. Everyone who has a POPP and interview completed is required to be proposed to at least one budget option to be voted on. Each recruit including yourself have a right to vote on the Budget. Once approved you wll get paid bonsues for completing work on top of your base pay. If we have a bonus pool of $100, and you spend 3 hours completing a deliverable, you will get a bonus in the amount of the 3 hours times your budgeted base pay rate up to the $100. If the bonus is $4, then you get the full $4, this ensures that we can make bonsues as high as possible. Base pay starts at 90% of your rate until you finish your offical training and then you get 100%, although you can always change your base pay rate before that. This rate is also used to calculate your ownership value in the worker owned cooperative. If you are NOT approved by the team you will be paid bonsues for the internal recruitment deliverables that you completed. If you are approved you will be required to do client work income to get paid within our normal payroll at the end of each month. Payroll can happen more often than monthly, but someone has to step up and do the extra work. Recruitment Hire Proposal Criteria (Base Rate – does not include bonsues) 1.
