An internationally recognized architecture, planning, urban design and landscape architecture firm located in the Mid-Wilshire area seeks an outgoing, professional with at least three years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Our moderate-size firm requires someone who is reliable, punctual, willing to learn and enjoys new challenges. Seeking an outgoing, qualified professional candidate to be able to work effectively as part of an overall administrative team. Responsibilities include answering a multi-line switchboard; taking messages; greeting clients and visitors; setting up video meetings; reserving conference rooms; maintaining logs for staff daily check in/out, video and conference room meetings, incoming/outgoing mail and packages; reserving conference rooms, setting up video meetings utilizing ZOOM and TEAMS software; and some administrative typing tasks as needed. Skill set should include experience in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook); strong verbal communication skills; organizational skills; detailed-oriented, multi-tasking and prioritizing; and the ability to use discretion and good judgment in handling confidential information.

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
