Responsibilities:
Perform basic and routine accounting functions
Track and manage company product loss
Execute and manage price changes/markdowns
Monitor and update product margins as needed
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Reconcile shipping/receiving discrepancies with vendors
Create, send, and track PayPal invoices for customers
Assist the risk team as needed
Handle general administrative duties
Support customer dispute resolution
Generate purchase orders for customer orders
What You Bring to the Table:
High school diploma or equivalent
Office experience required; accounts payable experience is a plus
Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
Strong computer proficiency and effective typing skills
Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
