Are you a multi-tasking ninja? Phase Technologies is looking for a self-motivated Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for its Shipping, Receiving, Sales and Accounting departments. This individual will maintain ongoing shipping data, spreadsheets and data/records while working side by side with other departments to achieve top-rate customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The functions essential to the job include the following.
Processing invoices
Data entry
Processing shipping orders and service tickets
Creating and printing labels
Creating freight documents and scheduling returns
Filing damage claims with shipping companies
Daily invoicing and processing checks
Matching receivers and invoices
Creating purchase orders and submitting invoices for Drop Ship orders
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Microsoft Office/computer skills
Detail-oriented
Demonstrate good visual-motor coordination with speed and accuracy
Ability to work as a team member
Ability to follow standard operating procedures
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative experience (preferred)
Ability to lift 10 lbs.
Ability to sit for 7 – 8 hours per day
PAY
$18/hour + DOE
