Full Job Description
Overview:
The Administrative Specialist supports the Safety and Quality department of Chenega’s Security Strategic Business Unit.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Get To Do:
Support company licensing requirements including but not limited to database management, initiating new license applications, license renewals, and related administrative duties to obtaining state licenses.
Assist in compiling reports and other administrative duties as needed.
Assist in preparing audit reports, as needed.
Coordinate records management and retention initiatives.
Provide documentation support management within internal SharePoint.
Provide administrative support to the Quality and Safety Program
Provide support to executives/directors/managers regarding company policies, procedures, and practices.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Self-starter, and proactive.
SharePoint experience is preferred.
Must have advanced knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook
