We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the branch and champion training program records and schedules. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Schedule and organize training programs to groups of individuals in the HVAC industry.
Maintain student records, process enrollments, and track attendance and progress.
Manage operational supplies for daily branch and warehouse functions.
Assists with asset management, record keeping, and scheduled maintenance for the building, fleet, and other equipment.
Complete daily business deposits and record keeping as needed.
Partner with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, management, and vendors to coordinate local customer and employee events.
Track branch expenses, including purchasing card, petty cash, and share of wallet funds.
With guidance from HR, assist with candidate testing and interviews.
Assists branch with customer facing functions as needed: answering phones, account related calls, and general directions or inquiries.
Supports Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing with local functions
Contributes to maintaining a clean and orderly branch.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative support role.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent written and communication skills.
Proficient in Office 365.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
