Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Call Center & Administrative Support Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to help drive daily sales appointments. Secondary duties will include administrative tasks such as data entry, organizing files, and supporting the team as needed. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, assist customers, and schedule appointments
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and help drive daily sales appointments
Maintain accurate records and update our system as needed
Organize and manage files, documents, and office records
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
