Job Title: Real Estate Team Manager & Administrative Assistant

About the Role:We are seeking a proactive, self-starting individual with top-tier organizational skills and a strong vision for marketing and social media to join our growing real estate team. As the Team Manager & Administrative Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations – keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes while helping us grow our presence both online and in our community.
This is not your average assistant role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and isn’t afraid to take initiative. You’ll be a key player in organizing our systems, elevating our marketing, and helping the team stay aligned, efficient, and client-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Operations & Project Management
Keep the team on track with scheduling, deadlines, and daily priorities
Communication with clients/vendors
Develop and refine internal systems for improved productivity
Track performance metrics and keep reporting up to date
Act as the central point of contact for team coordination
Administrative Support
Maintain CRM and digital filing systems
Assist with contract management and compliance
Prepare materials for showings, open houses, and listing presentations
Support the Team Leader with client outreach and communication
Order, business cards, marketing collateral, and gifts
Marketing & Social Media Vision
Assist our Social Media Manager in posts across platforms
Collaborate on branding, storytelling, and social engagement strategies
Track analytics and suggest creative ways to grow visibility and engagement
Help design and execute client & team events, community partnerships, and promotions.

(Bonus) Have some real estate experience or are open to learning quickly
