JOB DUTIES:
1. Open and Close.
2.Leads Traffic Management
*Leads Data Entering on CRM
*Leads assignment to Sales Team.
* Make Sure all leads are contacted and followed up.
3.Keep track of all applications and make sure the sales team follow up and contact each application. Enter app info on CRM.
4.Social media Marketing:
*Meta ads campaign creation.
*Social media Accounts Management. Posting content and answering comments.
*Follow up with content creators to keep a feed of videos to post.
*Answer all Google reviews.
5.Inventory Folders compliance review and filing.
6.Prep DMV Registration folder (EDDY), keep a track system of reg’s send out.
7.Regs customer delivery and book keeping of fees.
8.Inventory titles management, make title copies create unit jackets, file sold unit folder on unit jacket for final filing.
9.Receivables collection by sales team follow up.
10.Bookkeeping assistance.
11.H/R: Staff Info Management and birthdates momentos. Holiday office decoration coordinator.
12.Office supplies management.
13.Inventory parts receiving and payment management.
