Your Role as an Administrative Associate:
Support Daily Office Operations – Perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office environment.
Manage Multiple Tasks & Priorities – Effectively handle competing assignments by prioritizing workload and making timely decisions with minimal supervision.
Ensure Professional Communication – Interact with internal teams and external stakeholders through phone, email, and in-person communication, always demonstrating professionalism and clarity.
Maintain Accurate Documentation – Prepare, organize, and manage files, records, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite and other internal systems to support organizational efficiency.
Coordinate Scheduling & Correspondence – Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and distributing internal and external communications as needed.
Support Data Entry & Systems Use – Enter and maintain information in relevant databases and software systems, with a preference for experience using PowerSchool Student Information Software.
Contribute to a Positive Office Environment – Foster a collaborative and organized workspace by staying detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsive to team needs.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work with all levels within the organization.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with sound decision-making skills.
Experience with PowerSchool Student Information System preferred.
