Overview

As part of the Occupier Services team, provide coordination for portfolio accounts while creating client relationships and business growth. AY will rely on this person to coordinate large accounts with multiple projects at once, and engage with client leadership at all levels and with AY brokers globally to deliver integrated consulting and advisory services to our clients. All of that with a high-level of autonomy, assuming you work maniacally to exceed client expectations and meet all deadlines.

Responsibilities

Key Strategic Responsibilities:

Conduct recurring meetings with clients to review transaction/project status and discuss upcoming initiatives

Gather business intelligence to support recommended insights and solutions that address client’s corporate real estate needs

Facilitate meetings with the Account Team to hone future strategies and trend best practices

Strategize and provide feedback in the development of presentation materials

Present information to client’s senior leadership

Participate in client quarterly and annual reviews
