We are looking for a tech-savvy, reliable, energetic individual to join our team in Petaluma, CA.
Schedule: part-time, 6-hour shift – 30 hours/week
Start wage: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour depending on education, experience, and qualifications.
Administrative Assistant Duties:
Greet Customers
Answer Phones
Perform data entry and file management tasks
Maintain positive relationships and communication with realtors, team members, clients, and company departments
Provide one-on-one training in company programs and system to newly recruited realtors.
Frequent electronic and telephone communication with agents, clients, branches, mortgage companies, and internal company departments.
Input new listings into BAREIS MLS
Office supply inventory
What we’d like you to bring:
High School diploma or a combination of equivalent education and work experience
Current Notary Commission (or willing to obtain)
Strong attention to details.
Ability to adapt to constant interruptions.
Excellent computer skills.
Solid attendance history.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Organization skills.
