Job responsibilities

Document Management- Admin position. We prefer someone with good admin and Microsoft Office skills.

Researches and documents the file location of newly awarded Contracts and Purchase Orders. This includes navigating the Procurement network drive to locate contract documents and forms per a checklist, looking up transaction details in PeopleSoft and emails buyers for missing locations/documents.
Enters Procurement Transaction details and file folder locations in SharePoint database.
For modified Contract records validate/update Sharepoint entry by updating amendment information in the tracker or entering missing records.
Responds to audit requests by sharing relevant documents after searching in UCM, Shared Folders, PeopleSoft & Buyer files. For missing files, would reach out/email Buyer.
For Contracts not recorded in SharePoint/UCM, review physical files, and enter data into SharePoint.
Handles SharePoint access request for the Procurement site
Identify and delete duplicate file names in SharePoint by extracting File Names and Location in Excel and conducting a compare analysis.
