Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties (filing, typing correspondence, mailings)
May assist with special projects
May support leasing and/or marketing functions to include distributing marketing materials to properties
May answer phones and greet visitors
May create spreadsheets
May open and distribute mail
Physical requirements:
Ability to push, lift, pull and carry up to 75 pounds
Ability to use hands and fingers
Ability to bend, stop and crawl
Ability to walk and climb stairs

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
