What is the mission of the Administrator of Shopper Marketing?

As an Admin II – Shopper Marketing at The GIANT Company, your role is to provide crucial administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the Shopper Marketing team. By managing vendor paperwork, maintaining databases, and validating billing files, you contribute to the accuracy of our Shopper Marketing Activations across the total store & online. Your attention to detail ensures that our Shopper Marketing Activations execute and bill properly for both our Merchandising teams as well as our stores and customers.

What will you do as the Administrator of Shopper Marketing?

Manage the accuracy of vendor paperwork and creative to ensure proper execution in stores and/or Online.
Input new data into assigned databases, reports, or documents and process any necessary changes.
Maintain logs of actions related to changes, ensuring data accuracy and correcting discrepancies as needed.
Conduct regular reviews of assigned databases and reports to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Maintain department records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Assist with the validation of billing files to ensure monetization is captured appropriately from our vendor partners.
Work directly with merchandising teams to ensure seamless alignment on programs, billing, and pricing.
Validate vendor provided assets including paperwork or creative to ensure we are executing all activations on brand for both The GIANT Company and our Vendor Partners.
What do we expect you to bring to the table?

1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role (experience in merchandising is a plus).
Proficiency in data management and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

What are the details?

Reporting: The Admin II Shopper Marketing reports in to the Brand Manager of Shopper Marketing.
Hybrid Remote: This position is based out of Carlisle, Pa. And will require 3 days a week in the office.
