Job Summary:

In this key role, you’ll greet visitors and handle essential office and project tasks behind the scenes. This position can be based in either of our offices in Salem or Beaverton, OR.
This position will need to physically be in the office, Monday through Friday, 9 am – 3 pm, with occasional hour flexing as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer and route office phone calls promptly, correctly and in a courteous manner
Day-to-day office needs including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, coordinating office events, mail distribution, and managing office supplies/equipment
Fleet coordination and maintenance
Creating, proofreading, and modifying documents using Microsoft Office Suite
Make travel arrangements
Managing small or less complex project tasks with minimal to no supervision
Assist with project tracking and invoicing
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Present a professional manner and possess an energetic attitude
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; aptitude to learn other software programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
Exercise keen time management skills, meet timelines, and due dates
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required
Two or more years of similar experience is strongly preferred
Two or more years of daily use of Microsoft Word is required
Strong attention-to-detail
