We are a small, family-run short-term rental business in Boise, Idaho, dedicated to providing exceptional stays for our guests. We’re looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Guest Communication & Operations Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our properties are well-maintained and our guests have a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

Guest Communication: Promptly respond to guest inquiries, provide check-in/check-out instructions, and assist with any issues during their stay.
Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams to address property repairs and upkeep.
Quality Control: Regularly inspect properties to ensure they meet our high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
Cleaning Team Coordination: Train, communicate with, and assist the cleaning team to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Administrative Support: Assist the office manager with various tasks to help streamline operations.
Property Staging & Setup: Help stage, decorate, and set up new or refreshed properties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
Weekend availability preferred
Experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
