We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. Duties

Manage the bookkeeping
Create and maintain budgets
Address incoming emails
Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
Clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Serve as a personal assistant to senior management, handling correspondence and administrative tasks as needed.
Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner.
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

Quickbooks prior experience
Microsoft Office knowledge
Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
Familiarity with data entry processes and file management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with staff and clients.
Attention to detail is essential for proofreading documents accurately.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

Pay: $30.00 – $32.50 per hour
