Job Title: Sales Training – Administrative Assistant

Location: Daimler Management Services – Lewisville, TX

Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Training Admin Assistant to join our team. As the Sales Training Admin Assistant, you help with the implementation, optimization, and management of the Daimler Management Training System within our organization.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM (Flexibility will be allowed)

Compensation: Full-Time Base Salary $40,000 – $50,000 + Benefits Package

Job Summary: Daimler Management Services is a consulting team focused on helping medium-sized HVAC business owners grow and develop more successful businesses. We are looking for someone who is organized, energetic, and a team player.

Responsibilities:

Help the team develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for implementing the Daimler Management sales training system across several organizations.
Help manage weekly webinars through Teams and participate in role-play exercises.
Prepare and purchase training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find training needs, goals, and objectives.
Help design and deliver customized training programs that align with the organization’s sales strategies and goals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training program implementations, making necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
Help the team with ongoing coaching, support, and guidance to sales teams and leaders on Daimler Management methodologies and techniques.
Help the team stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in sales methodologies and techniques, making recommendations for enhancements.

Qualifications:

High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role preferred.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for developing sales talent.
Initiative-taking, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability in using technology tools and platforms for training and program management, including Microsoft Office 365.

Work Location: Working at our Corporate Office in Lewisville, TX

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
