Job Description
The Senior Administrative Assistant will report to the Executive Director of Housing & Residence Life. The position will also administratively support the Director of Business Operations. The position will be responsible for performing high level administrative duties, working closely with a wide-range of constituencies both internal and external to support the these positions and the department in the professional support of the unit.

Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively as a member or leader of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work effectively with all levels of university staff executive, administrative, faculty, support, as well as students and external constituencies to maintain on-going relationships with diverse groups. Ability to work independently.

Conditions of Employment
Given the nature of the positions in Student Enrollment, Engagement & Services that provide support to student services and/or student-centered programs, the employee occupying this position may be required to work during a university closing as directed by his or her supervisor. These instances may include working from a remote location (i.e. telework, etc.).
