Administrative Specialist – Operations Jobs in Winter Haven, FL at Cardinal Equipment Services
The Distribution Center Operations Clerk is responsible for assisting and supporting the distribution center operations with daily administrative and clerical duties. Will be responsible to perform other duties in conjunction with the parts distribution process as assigned by leadership.
Essential Functions:
Maintain purchase orders in ERP system (AS400)
Run and maintain inventory analysis report
Provide clerical & administrative support as needed
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Investigate and solve workflow issues using critical thinking skills
Support company policies and demonstrate concern for the success of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Education or equivalent
Excellent Customer Service skills with prior AS400 is preferred
Proficient using Microsoft office and warehouse management software
Attention to detail is a must
Inventory analytics experience is a plus
Data Entry accuracy with system transactions is crucial
Ability to handle confidential information.
Highly organized, strong time management with the ability to prioritize.
Proven track record of dependability
Ability to handle high volume and mix of assignments on a daily basis
Good interpersonal skills and be an analytical problem solver
Must be authorized to work in the US indefinitely without sponsorship
