Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing logistics, processing work orders, handling warranty claims, and providing accurate cost estimates. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless administrative processes and effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination: Manage scheduling and coordination of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and efficient transportation logistics.
Work Order Processing: Receive, review, and process work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Warranty Claim Management: Handle warranty claims by liaising with clients and vendors, maintaining records, and ensuring prompt resolution.
Cost Estimation: Prepare and provide accurate cost estimates for services and products, collaborating with relevant departments for pricing information.
Administrative Support: Maintain organized records, manage correspondence, and support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role with exposure to logistics, work order processing, or warranty claims.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
