Our client is looking to hire a Part-Time Office Clerk in the city of Azusa, CA. This is a contract opportunity for our client to join our Team!

Schedule: Monday Friday, 12 PM 4 PM
Compensation: $22.50 per hour

Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, providing excellent support to our customers, vendors, and internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle purchasing processes, including obtaining quotes for materials from vendors.
Manage freight quoting and scheduling to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare and maintain necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Communicate with customers and vendors to address inquiries and provide support.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing and scanning documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
Solid typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
