About The Role
Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive personal and professional administrative support to the Executive Officers of Glacier Bancorp to ensure efficient office operations. This position will report directly to the Corporate Executive Assistant.
This is a Corporate position located in Kalispell, MT. The mid-point for this position is $28.68 per hour. All compensation offers are analyzed independently and consider the following: location, years experience, educational background, and existing internal equity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Experience Officer: Schedule travel arrangements to include air, hotel and ground transportation. Assist with general correspondence to include incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, mail, drafting memos, reports and other documents.
General department support: Answer incoming phone calls within three rings and redirect to appropriate area. Manage calendars as needed. Help facilitate and organize daily virtual meetings and conference calls. Set up and maintain files per instruction from the Executive Assistant. Distribute committee meeting packets monthly. Submit invoices for payment.
Responsible for creating and managing intranet postings. Manage the Glacier Bancorp, Inc. investor website and assist with press releases.
Provide customer service to GBCI shareholders.
Special projects: Assist with quarterly and annual corporate event planning.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.

Occasional travel required: (less than 10 days per year) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
