Job Description

You must be able to report to our Duluth, GA office everyday*

Provides administrative and clerical support (mailing letters, printing documents, etc.)

Data entry for over 100 documents daily

May coordinate messages, appointments, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail

Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments.

Operates automated office equipment

May be assigned to various functional areas of the company

Qualifications

Minimum Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Required Skills And Experience

1-2 Years of Office Experience

Microsoft Office

Ability to Multitask

Proficient Data Entry Skills

Excellent Computer/ Typing Skills

Desired Skills And Experience

Quick Thinker

Ability to Work in a Fast Paced Environment
