Summary

We are looking for an additional person with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, strong work ethic to support our Administrative Team in the role of Administrative Support. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and technical skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with others.

This is a full-time, in person position, that reports to the Lead Administrative Assistant and will be an important member of the C+M’s support staff. Responsibilities will include administrative duties that require a dependable, motivated self-starter who is detail oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

·        Coordinate with and support administrative team members and other staff as needed.

·        Greet and assist visitors/clients acting as the first point of contact for internal and external parties.

·        Provide customer service.

·        Answer and direct phone calls.

·        Respond to emails and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.

·        Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS, and messenger service

·        Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies. Order and distribute office supplies as necessary.

·        Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, conference calls, conference registration, travel.

·        Organize and maintain common areas.

·        Coordinate breakfast, lunches, birthday treats and other event related items as necessary.

·        Work with a variety of computer programs/applications.

·        Scanning a large amount of organizers during busy season.

·        Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·        Proven experience in an administrative, customer service or office support role.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·        Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.

·        Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

·        Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·        Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·        Dependable, reliable, adaptable, professional and strong work ethic.

·        High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift/carry items up to 15 lbs., reach, bend, twist, manual dexterity, repetitive motion, mobility and movement.

Salary Range: $25-$32 per hour (37.5 hours per week)
