Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and supporting our staff. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems.
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and organization.
Serve as a real estate admin, greeting clients and handling tasks as needed.
Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Act as a personal assistant to senior management when required, managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
Skills
Proficient in phone systems and office management practices.
Experience as a real estate admin is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Exceptional proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
Solid clerical skills with experience in administrative support roles.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
