Responsibilities

Assistant role and support our team in Prague with following administrative tasks:

Business travel – booking flights and hotels

Meetings with suppliers, organization and booking

Managing calendars of team members

Managing travel expenses of team members

Other support with documentation and filing

Support with preparation of presentations (powerpoint), reports (excel) and other administrative tasks.

WE REQUIRE

High school degree

Advanced level of English

Good communication and organizational skills

Solid pc skills (mainly MS Office, Outlook, MS Teams)

Proactive attitude, attention to detail, adaptability

Discretion and trustworthiness
