Hello humankindness Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services. The physicians provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic research and leadership roles.DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrows healthcare providers. DHMG has 84 medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows throughout the 25 academic programs. Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students. Responsibilities

This position is responsible for supporting Leadership by performing complex, specialized function-related administrative tasks with little to no supervision.

Promotes/communicates a positive and professional business office image and communicates clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
Schedules appointments, meetings, conferences, and makes travel arrangements and other activities of the department.
Assists in the preparation of special projects and utilizes available tools and resources appropriately.
Maintains all department personnel records and monitors and coordinates OCEP compliance, Safety Training, and other required staff competencies for timely completion.
Accurately reports time/attendance via KRONOS
Assists/coordinates new hire process and orientation including access to all system applications.
Orders and manages supplies for department.
Monitors and reconciles accounts payable invoices, to include P-Card purchases and Lawson Requisitions.

Qualifications

MINIMUM

High School Diploma/GED.

Five years related experience.

PREFERRED

College level business coursework

AA degree.
