Position: Full-Time Office Administrator

About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team! In this role, you’ll help keep our office running smoothly while offering support to our patients and providers. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) that makes patients feel welcome and well cared for.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Patient Communication:
Answer phone calls, return messages, and help patients with scheduling and general questions — always with compassion and professionalism.
Appointment Scheduling:
Book and confirm appointments using our scheduling system. Keep everything organized and make sure patients are reminded of upcoming visits.
Office & Admin Support:
Handle calls, emails, faxes, collect payments, and keep patient information up to date. Privacy and confidentiality are a must!
Provider Assistance:
Work closely with our providers by prepping charts, organizing documentation, and helping keep their day running smoothly.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
At least 2 years in a medical office or similar healthcare setting.
Education:
Associate degree preferred (especially in healthcare administration or related field).

Excellent written and verbal communication
Great organization and time management
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using scheduling software, email, and digital tools
A team player who’s also self-motivated
Patient, empathetic, and professional when working with others
