Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
– Provide administrative support such as maintaining our inspectors schedules
– Perform data entry tasks to create inspectors work orders – Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
– Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – Ability to work well with others
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
– Previous experience in customer support or related field is a plus
