We are looking for an HR Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your main administrative duties may include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.
Duties may include but are not limited to,
Organize and maintain personnel files
Prepare and review HR documents for accuracy
Liaise with external partners, like Premera, Paylocity, Empower
Create/maintain regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Answering employees’ queries about HR related issues
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
Participate and assist in special HR projects, like job fairs or events
Assist in recruitment and onboarding
Assist with benefits administration

Required skills may include organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive employee information
Problem solving skills
