We are seeking a part-time HR Assistant to provide administrative support for Josiah’s House human resource duties.
Essential Functions:
Administrative Support:
Review and support biweekly payroll entry, ensuring all time card punches are approved and submitted to 3rd party payroll processor in timely manner
Maintain accurate employee records, including data entry and updates.
Processing paperwork elated to hiring, termination, and other HR processes.
Preparing reports and documents as needed.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Providing general administrative support to the facility director
Qualifications:
An associate’s degree or some college with relevant experience preferred.
Skills:
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
