Process daily billing, USPS shipping, and credit card payments for all mail/phone orders including follow-up on returns of merchandise and payment from net 30 customers. Process price changes and new items into the Point-of-Sale database as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

Accurate data entry for credit card processing and invoice processing
Organizational skills are critical to keeping track of the entire process of a sale.
Communication skills are necessary for vendor communications when needed.
Process and follow through with all merchandise credits including processing credits to customers credit cards or open accounts.
Accurate shipping using USPS online platform using proper addresses and weights, etc.
Process all credit card payments using USA ePay Platform.
Process walk-in customers including cash register operations.
Answer phones when needed.
Filing of critical documents including invoices, credit card batch processing, etc.
Data entry of pricing and cost changes to product in point of sale database as needed. Accuracy in data entry is critical.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of billing or data entry experience is preferred
Exeprience in a retail environment would be helpful.
Associate degree in a business curriculum is not necessary, but will be given additional consideration.
