Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, manage information requests, and perform clerical duties. This position acts as a key communication and information resource for the office, supporting various departments with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and effective teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Prepare a variety of documents, including invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.
Organize, file, and retrieve corporate documents and records.
Sort, distribute, and respond to incoming correspondence such as emails and faxes.
Assist in preparing responses to inquiries, routing as needed, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding of new employees, including temporary staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Experience working in HR or with Workday software is a plus.
Previous experience facilitating group presentations or orientations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
