Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette while directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting functions as needed.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Support administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.

Skills

Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in an office environment is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all clerical tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
