We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to support our sales and office operations team. This role focuses on administrative coordination, customer communication, logistics support, and tracking orders and samples to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on, support-focused role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and looking to grow within a business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and operations team
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, samples, shipments, and general inquiries
  • Track orders, shipments, and sample requests to ensure timely follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal departments and global teams regarding operational updates and logistics
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems (Salesforce)
  • Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Help ensure timely execution of daily tasks and follow-ups
  • Support additional office and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative, logistics, customer service, or office support experience
  • Previous experience with shipments, order tracking, logistics coordination, or sample management preferred
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred, but not required)
  • Mandarin-speaking bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrated longevity, reliability, and stability in previous positions preferred
  • Comfortable communicating and coordinating with global teams across multiple time zones
  • Some remote evening availability may be required to support international operations and communications
