Responsibilities:
-Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
– Provide administrative support to executives
– Manage executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
– Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed
– Assist with event planning and coordination
– Coordinate and manage projects as assigned
– Handle confidential information with discretion
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a receptionist/executive assistant or in a similar role
– Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
– Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
– Strong computer literacy
