We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will handle various tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and assisting with general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Organize and schedule appointments
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
