We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations and ensuring efficient workflow. Responsibilities
Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information.
Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Accounts receivable and payable
Assist with office tasks, including inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
Provide support in various administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall office efficiency.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
Skills
Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling appointments
Strong computer literacy with the ability to use various software applications effectively.
Experience in office clerical practices and procedures.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
Real estate license and knowledge is a plus!!
