Administrative Support II – Parks Jobs in Lake Oswego, OR at City of Lake Oswego, OR
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at Hankin Group. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our executives, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of delivering high-quality real estate projects.
Responsibilities.
Provides high level administrative support to senior leadership including President of Hankin Apartments/COO, CFO, VP Development and Director, Commercial Leasing.
Composes and prepares correspondence and memos.
Assists with meeting preparation. Handles corporate documents and reports.
Works with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool.
Prepares basic legal documents and obtains signatures.
Performs basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Handles checkbook as needed.
Arranges travel plans and accommodations.
Answers and makes phone calls for business and personal matters.
Handles insurance tasks as needed.
Reads, researches, and analyzes information on a variety of topics to assist executives.
Assists COO with personal tasks.
Communicates directly and on behalf of the executives with a high level of professionalism.
Serves as a liaison to external contacts and other organizations.
Supports front desk operations including mail, ordering supplies, receptionist coverage, kitchen organization and other related tasks.
Works on special projects as assigned, such as personal events and/or family needs.
Position requirements:
College degree with a minimum of 5 years’ prior related experience.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
Related industry experience including commercial leasing a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Exercises good judgment in a variety of situations and handles matters confidentially.
