Preferred Home Care of New York, a fully licensed and growing Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area is seeking an experienced Bilingual Receptionist for our Brooklyn office who is customer service driven and extremely organized.

The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work with a highly professional team that is constantly striving to improve and support each other. A Receptionist performs a wide range of clerical functions and administrative duties specifically related to the overall office operations that include, but not limited to areas such as reception, answering telephones and distributing messages, mail and faxes.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

One to two years of experience in office administration operations or other work-related experience, preferably within the health care services industry
High school graduate or equivalent
Excellent customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative, excellent written and verbal communication and analytical critical thinking skills
